Shipping policy

Once your order is received & paid*, we will prepare your order ready to ship within 2-5 working days.

All orders are shipped every Friday via one of our courier partners & take 1-3 days for delivery to major centres.

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a notification from us along with a tracking number to track your delivery.

Please note that any discounts or "store credits" are only applicable against the cost of the items ordered, & is not applicable to any shipping costs.

*NOTE: For EFT & Bank Deposits, paid is defined as the funds reflecting in our account.
