Baked Apple Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 red apples
- 1 cup cooked Basmati rice
- 1/3-1/2 cup oat milk
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon and cloves
Preparation:
- Core apples & season with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake in your airfryer (or oven at 180 degrees C) till soft
- Scoop out the apple flesh & discard skin
- Boil rice & mash soft apples with cooked rice, vanilla, maple syrup and oat milk
- Bake in your airfryer (or oven at 180 degrees C) for 10 minutes & serve with a drizzle of maple syrup or sprinkle with coconut sugar.
