Weight Loss is NOT Easy

Because weight loss isn't just about what you eat - it's also about what you think... what you say... how you feel... 
When we are burdened with toxic thoughts and stress these add layers onto our weight that no amount of fasting can shift!  
Have you ever done a diet only to find you plateau at a certain weight? What lies beneath is your layers of toxicity, stress and overwhelm... 
Did you know that negativity becomes pockets of pain, illness and inflammation? 
So what are you doing for yourself to release this negativity? I would say 40% of my weight loss only occurred once I dealt with my stress, balanced my adrenals and released toxic thoughts. 
There are many modalities such as: meditation, reiki, body talk, yoga etc that can assist - start looking into ways for you to help your body regulate, release and ultimately free you so that you can live the life you truly deserve"
